Maloo Electrical started working with us about 6 months ago. Maloo Electrical is an SME that work out of Monavale, NSW and service the broader area. They were already working with an engraving company but were wanting to improve their lead times, cost and short term efficiency.

We were able to reduce their lead times from 6 days down to 2, which was a 66% decrease, while also being able to decrease their overall engraving costs by 15%.
 
However, the biggest benefit was hidden amongst all of this. Maloo Electrical increased their short term efficiency by a whopping 85%, allowing them to take on more jobs and increase their revenue. This was caused by the decreased lead times which allowed them to complete jobs much faster for their clients.
